All HONE™ rigs are guaranteed not to break during shipping or at the joints due to faulty craftsmanship.  We can tell because if it's a faulty joint-and I'll never sell a rig with anything near a faulty joint, but things happen-it will break in a certain way, revealing the issue.  If however, you break your piece and it simply breaks anywhere, or somewhere near but not because of the joint, I'm afraid all we can do is ATTEMPT to repair the piece FREE of charge-if it's clean! MAGIC water? Since the dawn of craft, potters have been joining clay via water and scoring, with a little "slip" (wet clay of the same type) in there as glue.  Unless mastered and especially when being used in plumbing as I am, this can create more problems and waste time.  Thankfully with a little help from Lana Wilson we now have a way to make a clean brushable glue she called "magic water".  The advantage being you can snap two dryer-well burnished pieces-together. It's like gluing plastic to plastic, with the clay in a more manageable stage.  

Masters don't sweat this so much, but for me, with the holes I'm making and the shapes I want to make, this is a blessing.  The alchemy is in the sodas, which bring an acidity to the clay that expedites bondage within the weld. You can hold it for 20 seconds without leaving fingerprints, and be assured there's no squishing in your joints. Fires off and leaves a perfect weld stronger than the other solid areas of the clay.  That's what I use for all HONEware. ™  Here's her mix for all you potheads out there:
